SMTP2Go Corporate is a perfect email solution for hotels and Internet cafes, and is currently used by hundreds of outlets worldwide. Hotels are able to offer their guests a free SMTP service during their stay, so they can keep sending emails. Internet cafes can offer their customers a free SMTP service which they can keep using on their travels.
SMTP2Go Hotel Service
SMTP2Go gives your hotel, motel, managed apartments, or other accommodation outlet, the ability to offer your guests a fully functional SMTP service for sending emails. Laptops have become common-place amongst travelers, yet can also be a major source of irritation as soon as a hotel guest attempts to send emails during their stay. SMTP2Go allows hotels to eliminate the frustration that many guests encounter with sending emails, and completely outsource the setup and maintenance of running a reliable email service for guests.
We offer two types of plans to hotels.
1) Transparent - An entirely transparent SMTP solution for guests. This involves a simple change to the configuration of the Internet gateway that provides your hotels guests' Internet access. A common example of such a gateway used by hotels is Nomadix. All SMTP traffic is then routed through our servers, and guests are able to send emails without being aware at any stage of the SMTP redirection taking place. This service is popular with large hotels, brandname hotels or chains, that want to provide a transparent, high level of service to their guests. This service enables many guests to be able to send emails, who would otherwise be unable to send. This service is charged at a monthly rate, and discounts apply for multiple locations using the service.
2) Revenue-share - Our second type of SMTP solution for hotels involves guests receiving an email, welcoming them to the SMTP service after they have sent their first email through our servers. Hotels instruct their guests to change their SMTP server to smtp2go.com in order to send emails. Guests are able to continue using SMTP2Go for up to 7 days after they checkout of the hotel and are sent another email once their 7 day period as elapsed. This option is provided free of charge to hotels, and hotels share in any revenue generated from guests choosing to continue using the service after they checkout.
